Framer Export uses Google sign-in to create and protect user accounts. When you sign in, we may receive your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile image. This information lets you securely access the exporter, see your plan, manage billing, and keep your export history attached to the right account.

We store service usage data needed to enforce the free export limit, unlock Pro features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain reliability. Export requests may include the public Framer URLs you submit, along with basic processing information such as export time, plan status, and whether watermark removal was requested.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Framer Export does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Stripe may send subscription status, customer identifiers, invoice state, renewal dates, cancellation state, and payment event details so Pro access can be activated, updated, canceled, or restored correctly.

We use secure session cookies to keep users signed in and protect account-only features. These cookies are required for login, export access, billing status, and subscription management. We do not sell personal information, and we share data only with providers required to operate authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, support, and billing.
